The Waller County Democratic Club will meet Thursday, February 23, 2012, at the Waller County Road and Bridge across the street from DiIorio’s Roadside Market.
The public is invited to attend and hear the Democratic Precinct 3 Candidates for Waller County Commissioner and Constable address the attendees.
The candidates for County Commissioner PCT 3 are Sylvia Cedillo, Wendell Carl Baker, Brian E. Rowland, and B. Larry Parr.
Candidates for constable are Hershel Smith, Duke-Shariff-Bey, and Paulette Matthews Barnett.
Refreshments are served at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Applications are now being accepted for candidates for the 2025-26 pageant on November 19-23 and is open to Black men enrolled in colleges and universities, ages 18-30 and enrolled in college. Application deadline - September 30, 2025. Write: mrcollegiateprograms@gmail.com
Also the 2025 National Leadership Summit on Black Males will be November 21-22, 2025.
