Mount Corinth to Ordain Deacons on July 9

Many of us remember the story of Moses and the burning bush when God called him to serve. The fact that the bush was engulfed in flames but not being devoured piqued Moses' curiosity so he moved closer. As Moses approached the bush God called out to him and made it clear that he knew who Moses was. And Moses said, "Here I am."

As in the days of Moses, Frank D. Jackson and Pernell Carroll, Jr., have answered God's call and will be ordained as Deacons in Mount Corinth Missionary Baptist Church in a special program Sunday, July 9th 2:30 PM at the church on 806 7th St. / P. O. Box 913 Heavenly Hempstead, TX 77445.. The service is open to the public.

Other events at The Mount include the Family and Friends Day on Sunday, July 23, 11:00 AM and Sunday Fellowship hosted Bethlehem United Methodist on Sunday, July 30, 2:30 PM.
